The Auckland Gay Walking Group invites you to our Big Walk Out before the Big Gay Out.
The walk will be easy and suitable for all levels of fitness, taking in the sights of Point Chevalier and the Meola Reef Reserve.
According to Māori tradition, the fairy people lived there, and wanted to build a bridge across the water. It is still called a Fairy Bridge today.
The walk will take approximately one hour, and will finish in Coyle Park ready to start the Big Gay Out!
The Auckland Gay Walking Group has been part of our Rainbow communities since 2000. We are proud, easy going, diverse and inclusive.
